Have you heard of Adrenal Fatigue? Many people haven't. Not an illness per se, more a profound state of depletion, adrenal fatigue is a result of constant stress on your adrenal gland (which sits just above your kidneys). Symptoms include: waking up exhausted after a full night's sleep; craving caffeine, salt, and sugar; high levels of fatigue each day; inability to handle stress; higher energy levels in the evening; a weak immune system.
