I need to workout for lots of reasons- to lose the pregnancy weight, lose the years of fertility meds weight, but a big reason is to feel good physically, mentally and emotionally. I need it to clear my head. I need it to get frustrations out. I need it to release emotions. I am a crier and I’m okay on with that, but sometimes sweating it out feels just as necessary. _____________________________________________ Everyday is a bit different, but the overall jist is feeling better about myself physically, mentally and emotionally. _____________________________________________ Also, I am quite proud of myself for pulling out the big guns today, aka my husbands weights. Granted I was only using one of them, but it was a big step up for me 💪🏽💪🏽. _____________________________________________ What are some reasons you workout?
