Katherine made the decision to join the Vertical Fitness Family a few months back, in October of 2017. Katherine knew, at nearly 380lbs, that she wasn't going to be the typical sized Poler, but that did not deter her. On her first day, her instructor Angela told her about our exclusive plus size pole class, Voluptuous Vixens. That same morning, she also met owner Tiffany, who quickly welcomed her with open arms. The 2 hit it off with their shared love of dark humor, being toddler moms, and the fact that they were both following a low carb, high fat weight loss program. Katherine quickly became a regular at VFS, (even performing in the recent March showcase!) & with time & dedication, has now dropped an incredible 89 pounds! And the weight keeps falling off. Katherine continues to see improvement in her strength and abilities in pole with every step forward as well ❤
Tiffany decided this was a journey worth sharing, and asked Katherine to keep notes & details as she went along. Katherine knew, at nearly 380lbs, that she wasn't going to be the typical sized Poler, but that did not deter her. On her first day, her instructor Angela told her about our exclusive plus size pole class, Voluptuous Vixens. That same morning, she also met owner Tiffany, who quickly welcomed her with open arms. The 2 hit it off with their shared love of dark humor, being toddler moms, and the fact that they were both following a low carb, high fat weight loss program. Katherine quickly became a regular at VFS, (even performing in the recent March showcase!) & with time & dedication, has now dropped an incredible 89 pounds! And the weight keeps falling off. Katherine continues to see improvement in her strength and abilities in pole with every step forward as well ❤ Tiffany decided this was a journey worth sharing, and asked Katherine to keep notes & details as she went along.
