El Foam Roller está siendo cada vez más como una herramienta a incorporar en la rutina del entrenamiento, en la parte de movilidad y/o estiramientos (calentamiento y vuelta a la calma). Es así que su uso se aplica generalmente en dos momentos clave: antes y después de la sesión de entrenamiento, permitiendo reducir el dolor y activando la musculatura.

Beneficios del Foam Roller
Entre los efectos positivos que puede causar la utilización del Foam Roller podemos encontrar: • Mejorar la circulación a través de la piel, fascia, músculos, e incluso tendones y ligamentos. Se consigue incrementar el aporte de nutrientes a estas zonas. • Debido a la efectiva irrigación sanguínea, se conseguirá un mejor intercambio de nutrientes, y de los productos de deshecho circulantes provocados por el metabolismo celular y agrandado por el estrés físico. • Corregir ciertos problemas de movilidad, flexibilidad, debido a que puede reducir los problemas de acortamiento de músculos, tendones y ligamentos. Here is the promised HIIT workout!! Let me tell you.. this workout is no joke 😂 I did not take it easy when I wrote out these circuits! You WILL sweat to death probably.. Do each exercise for 30 seconds with NO rest in between. When you finish a whole circuit rest until you feel ready to go again but do not go back all the way down to a resting heart rate. Keep the rests short enough that your heart rate stays up the entire workout, then start the next circuit. Do them as many times as you can (I did them each three times). Remember to go as hard as you can during those 30 seconds!! Circuit 1: Skaters Mountain climbers Jump squats Burpees Circuit 2: 180 jump squats High knees Lunge jumps Cross tap jump squats
